TERMS OF SERVICE

I will take 2 commissions at a time, but if you would like to join the waitlist, please submit a request

WILL DRAW
- Fan art / humanoid characters / stylized real people
- Mildly suggestive themes / non sexual nudity / mild gore
- Light Anthro (cat girls etc.)
- Additional characters incur a +50% fee
- All commissions come with a simple coloured background, if you would like a detailed background please contact me for pricingWILL NOT DRAW
- Pornographic imagery / NSFW content / fetish content
- Realism / portraiture
- Furry art
- Extreme gore / body horror
- Any type of bigoted content (racist/sexist/homophobia etc)
- Mecha

GENERAL TERMS
- All drawings will include my signature which will not be removed- By commissioning me you agree to your commission being used in my portfolio and posted on social media, if you would like to request that I do not post your commission you may contact me- I have the right to deny any requests that I do not feel fit my style, or I am not comfortable drawing- By filling out my commission form, you are REQUESTING a commission, I will contact you if I choose to accept your request- If you use my art as a profile picture or header, you will give full credit- You may not repost the commission without credit

PAYMENT
- I accept only AUD- I accept payment through bank transfer (AUS ONLY) or Paypal (INTERNATIONAL)- Any commission under $50 I require up front payment- Any commission over $50 requires 50% deposit before beginning and the other 50% after sketch is approved- I will not provide refunds unless an extreme situation has occurred (i.e. hardware failure, loss of artwork etc.)

TURNAROUND TIMES
- I am a full time student, please be patient with me- Current turnaround times are 1-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the commission- Commissions that are flat colours and above get 1 revision, any revisions outside of that will incur a fee ($10)- If anything in my life will delay your commission, I will contact you ASAP.

COPYRIGHT
- Do not claim my artwork as your own- I retain full rights to any artwork I produce, including the right to post, share & use in any circumstance- You may use your commissioned piece as profile picture or header, you must give full credit- You may not use my art for commercial purposes, if you would like to use your commission for a store, artist alley or logo, please contact me.- You may not use my artwork for monetistation purposes (this includes NFT, blockchain, or anything similar)- You MAY NOT use my art in any form of generative AI, do not use my art in any AI database. I am firmly agaisnt the use of AI art, and will not tolerate any AI use of my art.
